For employees based in China:

For Dow Jones China group medical plan members (for both employees and dependents) who opt to take a flu shot, our insurance plan can cover the cost under the “Health Checkup/ Vaccination” benefit of up to CNY1,500 per calendar year, subject to the policy terms and conditions. Please arrange to have this done at a clinic of your choice and submit the receipt to our medical insurer for claim (please do not submit via Concur).

Note: Immunity to influenza begins approximately two weeks after getting the shot. We encourage employees to take note of health practice recommendations by your local health authority or consult your family physician before getting the flu shot.
