How do I file a medical claim? – HK
Cashless Facility in Network Clinics
We encourage all employees and eligible dependents to use the e-Medical Card via Generali’s GenBRAVO App to visit network clinics to enjoy cashless facility for GP, Specialist, Chinese Herbalist, Physiotherapy, Diagnostic Tests, or Hospitalization and Surgery in private hospitals in Hong Kong.
How do I file for other Non-panel Medical Claims?
- For claims of not more than HK$8,000: Submit eClaim via Generali GenBRAVO App or Web Portal.
- For claims over HK$8,000:
- Please post the claim forms (or submit via eClaim) and original receipts to Generali Address: 21/F, CityplazaOne, 1111 King’s Road, Taikoo (Att: Medical Claims Department).
- Tips: mark your claim number on receipt if you have submitted via eClaim, and make a copy of your claim documents before sending to Generali
- Please note that all claims must be submitted within 90 days from the date of visit/treatment.
