How do I enroll in benefits?
The Benefits Team will enroll you for insurance benefits in your first month with Dow Jones. Please make sure your personal information on Workday including full legal name, national ID number, date of birth and bank account details are accurate for insurance enrollment.
Please also input your dependents’ information here on Workday so that we can enroll your spouse, children or parents for medical insurance if applicable. If you wish to enroll your parents (or parents-in-law) for the medical plan, please also complete the Dependent Parent Declaration Form within 1 week from your join date.

When are new hires eligible for health and welfare benefits?
New hires will be eligible for the India group insurance benefits including medical and life insurance, and other welfare benefits such as wellbeing reimbursement, ClassPass, Headspace, Peppy and Employee Assistance Program (EAP) from your join date with Dow Jones.
In the event that you need to visit a panel hospital before the you get the E-Medical card, please pay the charges first and claim via insurer later. In case of a medical crisis before your enrollment process is completed, please contact us via Sofi and we will assist in escalating the case on priority.
Is there a cost to my healthcare?
The group insurance plans are fully sponsored by Dow Jones.
How do I enroll in the pension?
The Payroll Team will work with you on completion of relevant forms for the Employee’s Provident Fund (EPF) when you join Dow Jones. Please contact the Payroll Team via Sofi for questions on EPF, tax and other statutory contributions.
