Scheme Overview

You will be enrolled into the government schemes in accordance with the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare when you are onboard with Dow Jones. On top of social insurance, permanent employees are eligible for the Dow Jones Japan K.K. Retirement Benefits Scheme. Details will be prescribed in the Japan Rules of Employment.
