Scheme Overview
Both you and the Company have the ability to save towards your retirement through either the Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF scheme) or Dow Jones Asia Retirement Benefit Fund (ORSO scheme). You will have an one-off irrevocable choice to join either of the schemes. Refer to the DJ Retirement Scheme Choice Booklet for more details.

| Salary Definition | Basic Salary (excluding commissions, allowances, bonus, and other fluctuating income) without any maximum limits. | Relevant income (i.e. all cash payments), currently capped at HK$30,000/month, subject to change per the prevailing statutory guideline. |

How do I enroll?
New hires will be eligible for the pension scheme from your join date with Dow Jones (subject to statutory guideline of continuous employment of 60 days for MPF scheme). The Payroll Team will work with you on completion of relevant enrollment forms.
How can I login to my member account?
For ORSO scheme members, please paste https://rscheme.towerswatson.com/dowjones in your browser to access the member portal. A user guide is available here.
